HomeMax owner, Dave Fautley, entered the manufactured housing industry as a salesman for a small independent retailer in 1976. He enjoyed the flexibility of being able to help folks find their dream home. As successful salesmanship would have it, he moved on to work through the ranks of a very, large publicly held manufactured home company. He suffered under the inflexibility of a large company with their huge corporate salaries and stringent management. He also found it more difficult to please the customer with pricing, service and product. As a result, Dave Fautley started his own business in 1994.

The following goals were to provide:

• The most affordable housing available at reasonable prices
• Variety in quality product choices
• Competitive financing options
• Superior customer satisfaction

These values remain in place today.

To fulfill these goals, HomeMax partners with the top manufacturers in the industry in product quality, value, flexibility, and service.

Dave believes that being a small, family-owned and operated business affords him the ability to give personal care and attention to each customer. He enjoys living, working, playing, and worshiping in the community alongside his customers. Most important, Dave uses his facilities to honor His Lord and Savior through weekly Bible studies, Bibles in the homes, prayer for families and contractors, and sharing Jesus with others.
