We bought a home from HomeMax 10 years ago and the quality of the home has been outstanding. Dave was there for my husband and I from beginning to end. We hit a lot of obstacles dealing with banks, and Dave overcame them all getting a young married couple into their first home. We will be forever grateful.

Bought our home from Home Max several years ago. Great atmosphere on the lot with climate controlled models to tour. We were able to completely customize everything about our home. Raised our ceilings, pitched the roof, customized room layouts, moved bathrooms. The process was very smooth from the initial visit through the customization, and closing. Very energy efficient. 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath occupied pretty much all day every day, our power bill rarely exceeds 180 per month. Would highly recommend Home Max and a Destiny built home.

I have looked at a lot of homes over the past two years but just couldn't bring myself to even come close to a purchase until I went to HomeMax. The quality of these homes are far above the others. Not only is the quality and design much better for lifestyles of today but as you walk through the homes there you will notice more of a real home with sheetrock walls and very well made floors. I really loved the way they even have the inside of the cabinets finished out with shelves even on the bottom underneath the counters, recessed lights under the cabinets. I also discovered when you purchase a home from them it is all inclusive rather than having to pay out of pocket for the set up and delivery, this certainly made things a lot better for us. They really do help you in any way they can, they also have Mortgage brokers in Lexington, SC to help you every step of the way which was my preference. If you are seriously looking for a home that you will love for a long time to come you really might want to consider talking with these folks. Happy Shopping and Best Wishes to All.

WOW !! Where does one begin!? It is an UNDERSTATEMENT to say that these were the BEST home selections I've EVER seen! With AMAZING prices, OMG! The sales staff were very nice, professional and accommodating. Looking forward to doing business with them. Visiting this place changed my life and gave it incentive!

Jay, at home max, is amazing. He has ensured that every issue was resolved quickly and even resolved a couple of items that were not builder issues. The other mobile home businesses in town fudge done the financial aspects and I found out I had savings. The price is more than fair and paperwork Handled quickly and efficiently. A minor issue was the whole house ventilation had condensation and wet the ceiling so I disconnected it and insulated it. My wife and I are enjoying the house and recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to fool with the sales men attitude.

Jay is the man, he went above and beyond to get my wife and I taken care of so we could move into our new home before our lease expired. He always was there for us, and any time we needed anything or had any questions we was quick to answer. I highly recommend Homemax to everyone. Great selection!

Our experience with HomeMax has been nothing but super friendly and warm. Always willing to help you in anyway in such a terrific Christian atmosphere which we loved. They are a very experienced and loving group of people that make you feel right at home. Their homes are out of this world with such modernized fixtures and so well built. I’d recommend HomeMax in Lexington S.C. to anyone wanting to find a beautiful well built home to live in for a lifetime.I am so impressed with your Company.

My daughter and son-in-law just closed on their home this morning. Jay was so awesome and answered every single text message and question they had expeditiously. HomeMax is simply AMAZNG! Jay, Terry and Dave are all outstanding people! They are more like friends, not salesman. Regardless of our questions and how many times we walked through the door, they were there and graciously helped us, from start to finish! Even through what seemed like 40 days and 40 nights of rain. These guys are the best, hands down.

This time last year we were living in a hotel due The Thousand Year Flood. I speak now because I look back at all I went through, and my family as well. I remembered going down to Homemax to see if I could get a new home to replace the one the was damaged severely, well I met this blessing of a man that went way and far above the salesman status he made sure we had food, and our stay at the hotel was secured, and if I called on him or any of his employees they did not make me feel as I was hassling them by asking questions or bringing in need paperwork to complete the sale. If I had to do it all over again I would go back to Homemax on any given day. We are definitely in a better place today because of God, Dave, and the Homemax staff.
